For this batch of wine we will be using the Reserve Du Chateau 6 Week Wine Kit, Australian Riesling, 55-Pound Container purchased from Amazon. We will not be using the stock yeast with this kit, instead we will be using Red Star Côte des Blancs. We will try to be as descriptive as possible in the process and the taste…. when we get to that point.
